White Popinac is a tree species that grows and spreads rapidly, with more than twenty seeds capable of being dispersed several meters from a single pod. Although White Popinac is classified as an invasive species due to its ability to occupy land quickly, one cannot deny its remarkable vitality. Urban forest education should not be one-sided; we can explore a more diverse urban forest by engaging the public in participation and discussion. We hope that the Jockey Club- the Conservancy Association Urban Forestry Green Hub will promote urban forest education and discussions throughout the community as rapidly and widely as White Popinac.
