To reduce work-related stressand strengthen the relationship among colleagues, CA organizes one to two staff gatheringactivities every year.In addition, we also host birthday party for employees, which creates many happy moments for our colleagues.

 

Employee Capacity Development

 

To facilitate personal and career developments, CA provides annual training fund, which equals to 1% of the income of the previous year. Employees were encouraged to apply for the fund for post-graduate courses, professional training programmes, attending conferences and oversea studying trips, etc. We believe that continuous capacity building is the best way for the future development of colleagues, CA, as well as the environmental protection field in Hong Kong.
