On May 6, 2007, Hang Seng Bank and CA co-organized a tree planting event in Tai Lam Country Park. 10,000 tree seedlings were planted, including Ear-leaved Acacia, Taiwan Acacia, Brisbane Box, Schema, Castanopsis, Sweet Gum, Mountain Tallow Tree, Lance-leaved Sterculia, Machilus species and Pond Spice. Volunteers were also enthusiastic to participate in post-planting work such as weeding, fertilizing and growth monitoring.
