Eligibility Criteria:
- Recipients of
- Comprehensive Social Security Assistance (CSSA)
- Community Care Fund
- Disability Allowance
- Low-income Working Family Allowance
- Referrals from social welfare organizations (i.e. unemployed, single parents, new immigrants, ethnic minorities.)
How to Apply
- Eligible applicants have to produce the original of
1) Hong Kong Identity Card
2) Proof of Address Issued within the last three months
3) The relevant supporting document

- Opening Hours: Monday to Saturday 2:00pm to 6:00pm (excluding public holidays)
- If the application is successful, the applicant will receive food assistance on that night.
Service Charge
No service charge is required
The eligibility of the food receivers will be gradually widened depends on the recovered surplus food. Stay in touch.
Social Worker Referral Form
For those who are not currently receiving any service from the Social Welfare Department, they may find out from their social workers to fill out the Social Worker Referral Form and send the form to frrc@cahk.org.hk
