Mountains, woodland, natural coastline, wetland, etc., are precious natural assets for Hong Kongers. No matter in the past, present or future, they worth our joint effort in protection.
Challenges on environment, such as improper urban planning, over-exploitation of rural countryside, eco-vandalism, planning of infrastructure, etc., are complicated and keep changing. We need to "walk" into rural countryside by monitoring environmental condition, and evaluating loopholes in land-use planning and conservation policy, so that we can push the Government and other sectors to improve our environment.
