Long Valley Eco-rice
Long Valley Eco-rice combines conservation and preservation of our ecosystem and agricultural land in Long Valley. We cooperate with local farmers and use traditional agriculture method to plant two harvests of rice per year. The first harvest normally takes place in July and the second one in November. All the production procedures (from harvesting to packaging) are done in Long Valley. Green manure will be used to nourish the farmland, producing every grain in a natural and fresh manner.
